Meet the Team
Giuliano (Jules) Caprioli-Blake - Operational Manager and Director
Jules has many years of experience in the care industry. Growing up with an autistic brother lead him into care work at a young age working with people with challenging behaviour autism and mental health. Jules went on to work in children's homes, youth offending service and qualified as a youth and community worker. He has run complementary education programmes, as well as a vast amount of youth work in Essex county council and the private sector. Jules has a passion to reach the marginalised and help them reach their full potential as well as being passionate about developing staff.
Gemma Caprioli-Blake - Registered Manager and Director
Gemma is a qualified mental health nurse having 15 years of experience of working in the community as well as in inpatient wards within the NHS. Working as an advanced nurse practitioner within the NHS, Gemma has experience of managing a large staff team as well as providing therapeutic interventions. Gemma is passionate about delivering high quality person centred care, helping people through the recovery process and seeing people meet their full potential.
During Gemma's time within the NHS she has set up many care packages and noticed a need for care providers who are able to effectively work with those with mental health difficulties. As a result Crosspath Care was developed into a specialist service that caters for those who have mental health needs.
Lucy Reid - Registered Manager
I'm Lucy I Studied for a BSC with The Open University, I have been involved in a range of voluntary work, am a mother of 2 young children,avid book lover and biscuit eater.
I am one of 2 registered managers at Crosspath Care.
I have been with Crospsath for almost 5 years, starting as a support worker and working my way up within the company.
I have 2 young sons who keep me occupied outside of work. Besides this, I love reading, gardening, cooking, music and cake.
I am passionate about everything I do and am committed to providing the best support and care to vulnerable adults in the local community.
Gemma Winwood - Office Manager

I’m a mummy of two young energetic boys who keep me on my toes, I love spending time with my family and friends, and when I’m not volunteering at my local school, I love a country walk and trip to the cinema.

‘I’m Nicole, I have a Level 3 in Health & Social Care and have been looking after adults and children for many years.
I am a happy caring lady who enjoys helping people. My hobbies are days out with my family, reading, Netflix and looking after my children.’
Zoe Brown - Assistant Manager in Training (Senior Support Worker)
I'm Zoe, I am a caring and enthusiastic person.
In my spare time, I like to listen to music, sing and play the guitar.
Sarah Norfolk - Senior Support Worker
‘I’m Sarah, I am an enthusiastic person, I love life and having adventures. I’m not bothered with ‘stuff’ and would rather go out and experience things.
I have a psychology degree and have always wanted to work in mental health. I like meeting new people and hearing their stories.
I love going to the beach come any weather, that really is my happy place’
James King - Senior Support Worker
I'm James, I am passionate about helping people and fun to be around.
I enjoy producing and performing music, going to the gym, playing sports reading and travelling.
I have also worked in the brewing industry and as a graphic designer’

Joy Trundle - Office Assistant
I’m Joy, I am very friendly like helping & chatting to people. My interests are Reading, Walking, Watching Motors Sports, Cycling, Triathlon.
I love animals & nature; I have 2 cats and have hedgehogs visiting my garden. I have nest boxes & feeding stations for the hedgehogs
I support a few charities, Cats Protection, Finns Law, Thin Blue Paw Foundation, Sanctus, Hedgehogs.
Liam Chapman - Office Assistant
I'm Liam I have worked for crosspath care for a number of years I like socializing with my friends and watching football.
I also like keeping fit and healthy at the gym during my spare time.
