Crosspath Care LTD has been established to support people with mental health needs, autism and dementia in Essex.  Our aim is to provide high quality person centred care to those in our society that are most vulnerable and in need of extra support.  We aim to empower and support people with life choices and decisions, helping to develop life skills and to live as independently as possible. We do not want to create dependency on our service, but instead we aim to see people become as independent as possible and to meet their full potential.

At Crosspath Care we will only support a limited number of people to ensure that quality is not compromised.

Our Mission is to assist people to improve their quality of life, encouraging independence and provide first class professional care with respect, dignity, compassion, high ethical standards and honour.

We specialise in supporting people with serious and enduring mental health needs including those who may also have a coexisting diagnosis or condition such as autism. This includes those who may also have a history of non-engagement with services, pose an increased risk to themselves and / or others have physical health needs and those who may have substance misuse problems
