" Crosspath has helped me to transition from a long hospital admission to getting back into society. My confidence has grown and I have slowly been able to get back to doing some hobbies that I had previously lost motivation for. I got my independence back. Having said all that I'd say the main thing that was helpful about having my visits was that it made me get out of bed and get dressed for the day. Without crosspath I think it would have been very easy to revert back to being in bed 24/7. I saw Sophie the most and quite early on she felt like more of a friend than support worker. We are similar ages and had similar personalities and I found that so helpful because I was comfortable (due to feeling equal and not like she's above me in any way) and also found my smile again as we had much to laugh about. So even when I didn't feel like doing much we could still chat and have a laugh. All the staff have been very supportive, flexible and patient with me and I would like to thank all of them" EX Service user

"Being a specialist mental health provider rather than a generic care agency really shows in the quality of support being offered to the service users in receipt of their care." Social worker NHS

The providers have excelled my expectations. They are creative, but realistic in what approaches to us and how to enable an individuals recovery." Social Worker NHS
