Crosspath Care is based in Coggeshall in Essex. We specialise in supporting people with mental health needs, autism and dementia, enabling people to live in their own homes as independently as possible. This includes 24 hour care within your home and an alternative to supported housing or residential care. Here at Crosspath Care, every member of staff is trained to fully understand the circumstance of which the person will be experiencing. Under the supervision of the registered manager our staff are fully equipped to implement therapeutic interventions and implement an effective support plan. Due to the support and training that our staff receive care delivered is therapeutic and delivers successful outcomes, ensuring person centred care throughout.
