What Makes Us Different?

At Crosspath Care, we understand that no two young people are the same. That's why we provide flexible, personalised support that is tailored to each individual's needs, interests and aspirations. Our approach combines education, therapeutic support and real-world experiences to help young people overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.

Community-Based Learning

We believe some of the most valuable learning takes place outside of the classroom. Our programmes utilise local communities, recreational facilities, outdoor spaces and real-life experiences to develop confidence, independence and essential life skills.

Personalised Support

Every young person receives an individualised programme designed around their specific needs, strengths and goals. We take time to build positive relationships and create support plans that are engaging, meaningful and achievable.

Therapeutic Mentoring

Our experienced mentors provide consistent, relationship-based support to help young people develop emotional regulation, resilience, confidence and positive coping strategies.

Animal-Assisted and Outdoor Learning

We offer a range of therapeutic and enrichment opportunities, including animal-assisted activities, farm-based learning, horse riding, outdoor education and nature-based experiences that promote wellbeing and engagement.

Flexible Delivery

Support can be delivered on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, within community settings, educational venues or through bespoke programmes designed to meet specific needs and outcomes.

Experienced Team

Our staff have extensive experience supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, SEND, neurodiversity, school avoidance, trauma and complex presentations.

Strong Partnership Working

We work closely with families, schools, local authorities and other professionals to ensure support is coordinated, effective and focused on achieving positive long-term outcomes for each young person.

Focused on Outcomes

Everything we do is centred around helping young people make meaningful progress, whether that is increasing engagement with education, improving emotional wellbeing, developing independence, accessing a new placement or successfully reintegrating into school.
