Reporting a Safeguarding Concern
At Crosspath Care, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to promoting the welfare of children, young people, to ensuring that every individual accessing our services feels safe, supported and respected.
All staff receive safeguarding training appropriate to their role and are expected to maintain a vigilant and proactive approach to safeguarding. We work closely with families, schools, local authorities and other professionals to identify concerns, share information appropriately and ensure that children and young people receive the support they need.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and we are committed to creating environments where concerns can be raised and addressed promptly.
