Arran Taylor

Over the three and a half year before joining Crosspath Care I

built a strong foundation in education and outreach, specialising in safeguarding with a young people centered approach. My work focuses on

supporting social and emotional development, helping young people

feel safe, heard and empowered to reach their potential. Building positive

relationships is at the heart of everything I do, creating trust and

connection that foster real growth.

Outside of work, I am a drummer with a passion for rhythm and creativity. I

love spending time outdoor, whether that’s walking, exploring or simply

enjoying the fresh air.
