Gemma Caprioli-Blake

Gemma is a qualified mental health nurse having 15 years of experience of working in the community as well as in inpatient wards within the NHS. Working as an advanced nurse practitioner within the NHS, Gemma has experience of managing a large staff team as well as providing therapeutic interventions.  Gemma is passionate about delivering high quality person centred care,  helping people through the recovery process and seeing people meet their full potential.

During Gemma's time within the NHS she has set up many care packages and noticed a need for care providers who are able to effectively work with those with mental health difficulties.  As a result  Crosspath Care was developed into a  specialist service that caters for those who have mental health needs.
