Sophie Osborne

I’m Sophie, one of the senior support workers with Crosspath Care, I’ve been working with Crosspath since 2019. I started off as a support worker after leaving my previous job of working with young adults and children with additional supports needs, specialising in autism and learning disability within Crosspath.  Including my previous job, I have around 8 years experience in working with individuals with cognitive disabilities, autism, specific communication needs including sign language. I’m recently qualified in my level 3 Adult Social Care which has enabled me to undertake my senior role which I’ve  been doing for just over a year now. I love doing anything  outdoors, going to the beach, going for walks and listening to music, my favourite is ABBA and my favourite bands are Depeche Mode and The Cure.
